Terms of service
Agreement
By buying from or using juniorprompters.com you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase.
What you are buying
A course purchase gives one household ongoing access to that course's content — the digital book and its video lessons — for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not share your login, redistribute the book or videos, post the content anywhere else, or use it to teach a paid class or run a school programme. If you want to use our materials in a classroom or camp, email us — we are open to it, it just needs a different licence.
Access
We intend to keep courses available indefinitely, but we cannot promise permanent access. If we ever have to retire a course, we will give existing customers at least 30 days' notice and a way to keep what they bought.
Third-party tools
Our courses use external tools including Roblox Studio, Cursor, Supabase, Expo, ElevenLabs, and AI chat services. These are not ours. They have their own terms, their own age requirements, and their own pricing, all of which can change. Accounts for these should be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian.
We are not responsible for anything that happens on those platforms, including account issues, content moderation decisions, or charges you incur.
Mentoring
Mentoring sessions are 15 minutes, delivered live over video by a Junior Prompters mentor.
- A parent or guardian must book, and should be present or nearby for the first session.
- Sessions are not recorded.
- We reserve the right to end a session and refund the remainder if a child's conduct makes it unworkable.
- Mentoring is educational support. It is not tutoring toward any qualification, and it is not childcare.
What we don't promise
We teach kids to build things. We do not promise your child will finish a project, publish anything, earn money, become a developer, or enjoy it. We have written the material as clearly as we know how, and the rest is up to the kid.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
